This is Core Values based lending.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Bill and his team will move mountains to help guide you through the process of that initial application to closing on your home. I hit about 4 road blocks during the process and I thought that I would not be getting this house at each road block but thanks to Bill and his team at Benchmark Mortgage, there always seems to be an alternative to a probem. They will find every route possible before throwing in the towel even if something seems like a stretch, Bill and his team will make it happen. Bill is NEVER out of contact, even when he had to take a few personal/ vacation days, he checked in with me consistently making sure I had everything I need and that we were both transparent. I’ve seen the miracles that Bill and his team can perform and I would not choose any other Mortgage company. You have a winner once you start. Also thank you Desiree and Michelle for constantly keeping me posted and pinpointing what I needed to do next and where I was headed during the process, you guys made this a smooth journey for me!
